• The Customer has to purchase any products of the Brands- VIP and Skybags: 
  i) worth Rs. 9,999 and above and get a Cabin trolley worth Rs. 4,100/- at Rs.999/- or
  ii) worth Rs. 6,999 and above and get a Duffle trolley worth Rs. 2,400/- at Rs.499/- (“Offer”).
  

• The Customer can avail this Offer at any Retail Outlets of the Company.
  

• This Offer is Valid from 1st July, 2025 to 30th September, 2025 or till stocks last.
  

• The Offer can neither be exchanged for any other gift/product or cash or cash equivalent nor can be transferred to any other person.

• The Customer shall not have any choice of colours/make/replacement with the other luggage and/or accessories etc. 
  

• The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount or scheme.
  

• Two or more bills cannot be combined or clubbed to avail the offer.
  

• This offer is non-en cashable, non-negotiable and not extendable. 
  

• VIP Industries Limited reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

• In case of any dispute or differences arising between the guest(s) / customer(s) or any other parties in connection with this offer, the decision of the management of V.I.P. Industries Limited will be final and binding on all the parties concerned.

• All disputes arising out of this offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai.
