1. What is the VIP Platinum Advantage Program?
The VIP Platinum Advantage Program (effective 1st October 2024) is a special initiative by VIP Industries Ltd. to enhance the offline shopping experience for customers. It is aimed at proving exceptional value to customers shopping at offline stores. The benefits available under the program include:
a) ‘Buy Once, Enjoy Twice’ Offer: This is a special 3-Year Buy Back offer which enables the customer to come back to the store and purchase brand new luggage after 3 years at a discount of 20% limited to Rs. 1500
b) Extended Warranty of One Additional Year at stores at no extra cost, providing more value than online shopping
2. How does the VIP Platinum Advantage program work?
To be eligible, customers must:
c) Purchase a set of 2 or 3 luggage trolley bags from the Aristocrat brand, or
d) Purchase any luggage trolley bag worth Rs. 3000 or more from VIP, Skybags, or Carlton brands.
Customers will receive an instant 20% discount (up to Rs. 1500) on such purchase, provided this purchase is being made after 3 years of original purchase. Further they are entitled to an extended warranty of One Additional Year over and above the existing warranty available on the product.
3. How do I avail of the discount available under the Buy Once, Enjoy Twice offer?
To avail the discount, present your original invoice at the time of your next purchase after the 3-year period.
4. What is the Extended Warranty offer?
When you purchase luggage of brands VIP, Skybags, Carlton or Aristocrat you receive an additional 1-year warranty on top of the standard warranty.
5. How do I claim the Extended Warranty?
Your extended warranty will be automatically applied at the time of purchase and will be applicable from the invoice date. Make sure to keep your invoice for warranty claims.
6. Is there a limit on the number of times I can use the Buy Once, EnjoyTwice discount?
The discount can be claimed once per eligible invoice. You will be able to avail the Buy Once, Enjoy Twice offer discount after 3 years of this invoice date.
7. Are there any exclusions in the program?
The program is applicable only on purchase of luggage from specified brands of VIP Industries i.e., Aristocrat, VIP, Skybags and Carlton.
8. How can I find out which stores have this offer running?
You can avail VIP Platinum Advantage benefits on purchase of luggage from all leading physical stores selling VIP brands in India. Please refer to this link to see the list of stores at which the offer is available: https://vipbags.com/pages/terms-conditions. Please note that the offer is currently not available at departmental stores like Reliance Smart Bazar, DMART, Vishal Mega Mart, Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Lulu Mall, Metro Stores, Spencer, Max hyper market, Walmart, Reliance Smart, V-Mart and Centro.

Are there any shipping and delivery charges for the orders?
No way José! Delivery is free of charge for all our customers, all across India. However, we do charge for international deliveries, depending on the location.
What are the payment options available?

Which credit cards are accepted for domestic and international payments?
You can bank on us! We list each and every scheduled bank credit cards. Simply select your preferred option from the list in our payments page and you're good to go.
Which domestic debit cards are accepted?
All payments are accepted through scheduled bank debit cards.
Which are the accepted Domestic Banks for Payments through Net Banking?
All net banking payments are processed through scheduled banks with adequate facilities.
How can I cancel my order?
Our cancel-culture says all orders can be cancelled through our website. Before an invoice is generated for the product of course!
How can I return my order?
We hate to disappoint, which is why all our products can be returned as per the return policy on our website.
What is the return policy?
We want you to have the best of the best! If the product received is not as specified or up to the mark, you can return it for up to 15 days after purchasing.
What is the refund policy?
Returned products that are unused and of good quality will be refunded within 15 days of receipt to the billing address.
What is the exchange policy?
No exchanges as per our current policy. It's all or nothing, partner.
Do I need to pay for the return of the shipment if I chose to return the order?

Are all products eligible for return?
All products with manufacturing defects are eligible for returns.
Do you have no questions asked return policy?
While we'd love to make the return experience hassle free, we do not have such a policy.
How will I receive my refund?
Through RTGS / Bank Transfer as per refund request.
What is the warranty and repair policy for the order?
Every product is different! You can find specific details from the warranty card placed inside each product and claim it accordingly.

How will my order be delivered?
Once the order is shipped you will receive a AWB number via email/SMS. You can track the order on the website using the AWB number.
Where do you deliver in India?
We deliver across the country to over 17000 Plus Pin codes. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.
What is the delivery timeline of my order?
