This Scheme is not available to employees or distributors of VIP Industries Limited (“the Company”) and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. (“Rewarport”), its clients or agencies and their immediate families.

The usage of this Coupon is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the coupon holder. Such conditions are binding on the coupon holder.

Steps to redeem the Coupon are as follows:

The eligible Store Manager will have to scratch the Coupon wherein a particular amount will be disclosed which shall be the Reward for the eligible Store Manager against a particular invoice drawn against a particular customer for selling Soft Luggage of the brand VIP/ Skybags/ Carlton.

The eligible Store Manager shall further scratch the Serial No. mentioned in the coupon which shall be used to know the amount and same has to be handed over to VIP Sales Manager.

On completion of handover process, VIP Sales Manager will accumulate all the coupons and process payment as per given UPI ID

The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.

Only valid invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Product Name(s), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming the Coupon.

No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered and this will be cross check by VIP sales manager.

The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.

The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only and shall have the name of the buyer mentioned on the same.

One single invoice will be valid for one Coupon, regardless of the number of eligible pieces sold in that invoice.

Any costs associated on eligible amount like TDS or income tax shall be deducted and relevant documents will be provided.

Only one Coupon code per Eligible invoice will be entertained. Multiple Coupons against a single invoice cannot be clubbed together.

The Coupon has no fixed monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional oﬀer.

Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional oﬀer and holds no legal and ﬁnancial liability on unclaimed oﬀers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional oﬀer.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the VIP Industries Limited, including but not limited to technical diﬃculties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, VIP Industries Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any Eligible Subscriber; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traﬃc congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of VIP Industries Limited which corrupt or aﬀect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
