• This offer is not valid on purchase of hard luggage of any of the above mentioned brands in VIP owned stores and Retail Chains like Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Dmart, Smart Bazar, Walmart, Big Bazar etc.
• All Eligible Subscriber shall be entitled to an offer which consists of a 2 Night stay in selected 3* hotels / destinations within India for 2 Adults and 1 child.
• Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall be deciding the hotel for stay purpose of the Eligible Subscriber as per the offer and Eligible Subscriber will not have a choice to select any hotel of their choice.
• There is a strict limit of one booking per household and per Eligible Subscriber for the duration of the promotion.
• The offer is applicable on the hotels / destination as mentioned on the web site.
• The Eligible Subscriber must mention 1 destination and 2 dates of travel on the Booking Request Tab. The first date of travel has to be intimated 30 days prior from the date of submission of booking. There should be a difference of minimum 10 days between two alternative stay date(s). • Within 7 working days of receiving the completed Booking Request, Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall send payment link to the Eligible Subscriber regarding his/her booking request for the total amount due towards utility on the Eligible Subscriber’s registered Email id or via SMS on their registered mobile no. No amendments will be entertained once the payment link is sent. If payment not made within 48 hours, the link will expire and no further bookings will be entertained thereafter and the offer shall stand lapsed for the Eligible Subscriber.
• The Eligible Subscriber is deemed to have understood that these charges may be subject to change beyond Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd.’s control and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be liable or in any manner responsible for the same.

• There will be a few black out days. During which no bookings shall be made but the registration of Voucher can be done during this period. No bookings for stay will be allowed for the blackout days.
• This Voucher will not be valid where the destination of travel is having a national conference, festival, sporting event etc. during the period of stay.
• Confirmation once issued cannot be changed/amended. If the Eligible Subscriber does not reach the hotel on the given time/date as mentioned in the confirmation slip, his/her Voucher shall be deemed to be redeemed and cannot be re-used or reclaimed.
• The Eligible Subscriber hereby expressly acknowledges and undertakes that Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. or VIP Industries Limited cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations or any alterations while travelling to the hotel / destination
• Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall use its reasonable endeavors to deliver the confirmation slip to the Eligible Subscriber at least seven days before that Eligible Subscriber’s date of departure.
• The Holiday voucher is non-transferable, non-assignable and cannot be sold, or redeemed for cash. There is no cash alternative to this offer, and all reservations are strictly subject to promotional availability.
• Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. does not give any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of the Hotel and/or the services being offered by the relevant hotel. • VIP Industries Limited and Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a purchaser and/or a co-passenger, directly or indirectly by user or nonuser of the holiday voucher and/or any of the products/services offered.
• The Eligible Subscriber shall comply with all the rules and regulations of the hotel (as applicable).
• Rewardport Corporate Solutions (P) Ltd. further reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God, war, earthquake, flood, fire, catastrophe, strikes, lockdown by government or any event beyond the reasonable control.

• Redemption of the holiday voucher is subject to the availability of rooms.
• Standard hotel rules shall apply, and identification may be required. The Hotel Staff / Manager’s decision is final and hotel rules shall apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential rights over any other hotel patrons.
• This Holiday Voucher does not include any other facilities such as food and beverages, extra bed etc.
